There is an initial search registration fee of £400+VAT, this guarantees we will search for your ideal property for a period of six months from an agreed date.

Success Fee
Our success fees are only payable on exchange of contracts, and are calculated as whichever is the greater of:

1% of the purchase price
or
15% of the negotiated saving over the original asking price.

Please Note
The initial 6 month Retaining Fee is deductible from our Success Fee. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be added (currently 17.5%).

We also offer a one off consultancy fee based property advisory service for those people who are looking for advice on buying in Brighton and Hove, but who are not in need of the full property search service.
